EXPERTISE. Ms Siti Bakhriatin  specializes in capital market and bankruptcy law, corporate and commercial law for over 10 years,. She involved in most various job description in settling major banks bankruptcy as appointed by the Indonesian government through the Indonesian Bank restructuring Agency in 1998-2006. In capital market, she completed tens of IPO for major Indonesian companies. Ms Siti is also an expert in private international law for various legal issues involving a number of legal systems.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND. Ms Siti graduated in 1991 from the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia, Jakarta, majoring International Private Law.

Professional Experiences. Ms Siti engaged in lawyering since 1992, where she joined 2 different major law offices, namely Soemarjono dan Rekan Law Office (Capital Market) in Jakarta for 4 years, Bastaman & Co., Law Office as Partner (Department of Capital Market) in Jakarta for 6 years, then RBB Law Office (Department of Corporate and Commercial Law) as partner in Jakarta for 3 years.

BAR ADMITTANCE. Ms Siti obtained the Indonesian Advocate License (Peradi - the Indonesian Advocate Association, License number: G.96.10872) in 1996, also as Capital Market Consultant (BKPM - the Indonesia capital Market Authority, License Number 74/STTD/KH/PM/96) and as Registered Receiver for Bankruptcy.

~ Ahmad K Munir, SH, MH ~

(Special Counsel)

EXPERTISE. Munir (Mr.), specializes in corporate restructuring and corporate and commercial law, including commercial litigation.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND. Munir graduated in 1993 from the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia, Jakarta, majoring Economy Law. In 2002 he obtained his Master of Laws Degree from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta.

Professional Experiences. Munir has been a practising lawyer since 1998, where he joined SRJD Law Firm in 1998, then Bastaman & Partners Law Firm in 2000. he handled various debt restructuring with IBRA of big corporations during the year of 2000-2003.

BAR ADMITTANCE. Munir obtained the Indonesian Advocate License, in 2002. He is a registered member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocate Association)

Smara Dahana WUSONO SH. LL.M

(Partner)

EXPERTISE. Smara (born 1968, in Central Java) has been a practice lawyer since 1994 in a diverse area of laws, such as civil aviation law, general corporate/commercial law and capital market. His expertise has included international trade defense such as anti dumping under the WTO Rules. During his tenure at the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, Smara took the opportunity to be involved in various legal issues in trade dispute settlement, human trafficking, ASEAN agreements legal drafting, speech writing, and legal research. Smara is also the appointed member of Forum WTO Indonesia.

WORK EXPERIENCES. Smara was a Senior Technical Legal Officer at the Agreement and Compliance Unit (Legal Unit) of the ASEAN Secretariat, and was a full time-law lecturer/tutor of the 'Principles of Australian Commercial Law', Faculty of Commerce, Murdoch University (Australia), Jakarta Campus. Starting his career as lawyer in early 1994, he first joined Lontoh & Partners (Capital Market, medium sized-law office with 20 lawyers), then as a senior associate at  Bastaman & Co. Law Office (International Trade), Jakarta.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND. Smara graduated from the Faculty of Law, the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 1996 (Master of Laws - LL.M), and Padjadjaran State University in 1993 (Bachelor of Law -  SH),  both majoring International Laws. He completed an academic English course at the National Center for English Learning Teaching and Research - Macquarie University, Australia (1995). Smara also attended various workshops and trainings held by the  Department of Foreign Affairs, UN Legal, ICJ, ITU, UNCTAD, WTO, WIPO and UNHRC. During his law study, he joined the Law Student Council, Coordinator for Student Voluntary Workshop (KKN), and as Liaison Officer during the Non-Aligned Summit Meeting in Jakarta.

BAR ADMITTANCE. Smara obtained the Indonesian Advocate License in 1999, his license number is E.99.10516.

LANGUAGES. Smara speaks active English, limited Spanish and Russian.

OTHERS. During his free time, Smara spent his time to riding bicycle and photography.
